Admissions are offered in classes IK1 to grade VII for the academic year 2026-2027 based on availability of seats and eligibility.

Application Process:

Parents interested in applying for admission should procure the brochure and application form by making a payment of Rs.1000/-. This fee can be paid in cash or through a demand draft drawn in Favor of Edify School Bhimavaram, payable at Bhimavaram.

Required Documents:

The completed application form must be submitted to the School Office on or before the specified date, accompanied by the following documents:

– Certified copy of the School Report from the previous academic year (if applicable).
– Three passport-size photographs, two stamp-size photographs of the child, and one photograph of each parent.
– One certified copy of the Child’s Birth Certificate.
– Certified copies detailing dates and grades of any Public/Board Examinations already undertaken (if applicable).
– Copy of the Transfer Certificate (T.C.).
– Original documents of the submitted photocopies should be made available upon request for verification.

Age Criteria for Admission:

Children must meet the stipulated age requirements for admission to Edify School Bhimavaram as of June 1st of the academic year. The age limits for each grade are specified in the table. The School Admission Committee may exercise discretion in relaxing the age limit based on past academic achievements and performance in our testing procedures, provided the student has graduated from a recognized school.
